Deadlines for placing orders

Same day deliveries are guaranteed if orders are placed before 10am (AEST) Monday to Saturday ONLY. NO DELIVERIES ARE MADE SUNDAYS NOR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

Special Requests

We usually request 24 – 48 hours in advance for special requests. If recipient is not home, we can either leave flowers on their front or back doors, depending on our experienced courier\’s judgement. Or we leave a card stating we have been and pick-up arrangements can be made from our store.

Reminder Service

For all your Special occasions, such as Birthday, Anniversary, Mother's Day, Father\’s Day or even just “I Love You” flowers, simply register online, as a Dorothy\’s of Werribee member, then enter a user name and password to access this great service.

Returns & Refunds

At Dorothy\’s of Werribee, we take great pride in our work. With over 40 years of accumulative experience, we use flowers of the freshest and highest quality. The owner hand selects each bunch. As soon as we dispatch our flowers, a number of changes may unfortunately occur, to reduce longevity of flowers. Environmental changes, such as extreme heat, air conditioning may have adverse effect on flowers. Therefore care instructions must be adhered to. In such situations, Dorothy\’s of Werribee cannot guarantee such cases. However, flowers should last between 3 – 7 days. If flowers don\’t last the three days, Dorothy\’s of Werribee will re-send new flowers. To assist us with quality control, it is Dorothy’s of Werribee policy to collect original flowers.

Cancellation of Order

24 hour notice is required when cancelling an order. Your money will be returned, less a $20 administration fee will be charged. Cancellations received less than 24 hours notice, a charge of 50% of the order value will be charged. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier service. Please note, refunds will be credited back to the credit card on which they were originally purchased from.
